Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones, born on the 3rd of September, 1976 in the US, is an actress. She is known for her parts in soap operas, including Megan Dennison on The Young and the Restless and also as Bridget Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful. The actress played Daphne in a role that was regular character in her role in the HBO show True Blood's season two. Ashley Jones obtained a Bachelor of Human Learning (K-8) from University of Tennessee at Martin, in 1997. She began her teaching in Maury County. There, she taught Reading to kindergarten and 1st grades. In 1998 she married her UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones and then moved into Thompsons Station. Bethesda Elementary is where she began to teach 4th grade. In 1999 and 2000 she taught while getting her Masters of Instruction from Trevecca Nazarene University but stepped out of the classroom after they welcomed their youngest son Baylor to the family in the year 2000. Ashley's most recent 15-year mission is encouraging children to grow within her own church and the surrounding community. She also serves in various roles. Ashley is director of the Preschool Ministry, and in the Student Ministry since over 13 years. Ashley homeschooled her three children during the time she was home. Ashley as well as her kids taught the history of kindergarteners as well as the first graders in a homeschool tutorial. God told her that, while she was enjoying homeschooling as well as being in the presence of children, her family needed to return to a full-time school. Brent and Ashley both have five kids. Silas, Eliza and Cruz all attend GCA. Baylor is a GCA grad who plays baseball at UT-Martin. Callan an GCA graduate also studies at Western Kentucky University. The family is energetic and loves hunting, fishing and supporting each other in sports.
