Yael Yael, an Australian living in New York City, played Lorna in Orange Is the New Black. Yael Stone attended NIDA. A continuing collaboration with Australia's much-lauded director Neil Armfield culminated in the internationally-renowned production Diary of a Madman, in which she starred opposite Academy- Emmy- and Tony Award-winning actor Geoffrey Rush. Yael's new life in New York City began when the production received a prestigious review at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. Yael co-founded The Cannery. Working from a studio in Bushwick, Brooklyn, the business supports the development of new writing as well as innovative, creative exploits.
