Srushti Deshmukh is beginning to prepare for the UPSC entrance in her third year in engineering. She wondered if engineering was an appropriate career path for her. Later, she realized her dream was civil services and decided to pursue the field. Her parents encouraged her to be a civil servant and pursue a job in the public service. Her focus was on being an IAS officer. In order to be a candidate for UPSC the candidate must be more diligent. She would prepare for UPSC subject areas while she was studying her engineering. The preparation for the exam was carried out every day. In only one and a half months, she was studying for engineering examinations, and stayed away from all contact with people. Her belief is that concentration and focus are crucial to pass the government examination to become an official. She wanted to pass through the test with ease, and she was able to put in a lot of hours. Every day, she reads papers to stay informed of all the latest information.
